You must be at least 13 years old to use POVAFX. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the audio you upload and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload, process, and download it. POVAFX adds no rights to source audio. You retain all rights to your own work.

Do not upload content that infringes copyright, that depicts minors in sexual contexts, or that is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction. Do not attempt to abuse the service (automation, scraping, denial-of-service, exploitation of bugs).

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire. Free daily conversions reset every 24 hours.

POVAFX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POVAFX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

You may stop using POVAFX at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
